• Final pricing is always confirmed after an in-person inspection of the job site by Craig Sparreboom
• Actual costs may vary significantly depending on:

  • Access requirements (scaffolding, high ceilings, stairwells)

  • Job complexity and scope changes
  • Any other factors only assessable on-site
• I reserve the right to adjust or decline any job after inspection
• No estimate generated by the calculator creates any obligation on my part to perform work at the estimated price

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract or guarantee that services will be provided. All enquiries are responded to at my discretion based on location, availability, and the nature of the work requested.

5. Service Availability

Prestige Plaster & Paint provides residential plastering and painting services only. I primarily service Brisbane’s northside and the Sunshine Coast region of Queensland.

Service availability is subject to:

• Geographic location of the job
• Current workload and scheduling capacity
• The nature, scope, and complexity of the requested work

Submitting an enquiry or receiving a calculator estimate does not guarantee that I will be available to undertake your project. Availability is confirmed when I respond to your enquiry.

Prestige Plaster & Paint operates under QBCC Licence number 15152998. All work is carried out in accordance with applicable Queensland building regulations, standards, and the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991.
